What we treat
From assessment to your return to sport — evidence-based physiotherapy, hands-on treatment and modalities, built around you.
A comprehensive video and biomechanical assessment of your running to reduce injury risk and improve efficiency.
A structured screen of your fundamental movement patterns to spot limitations, imbalances and injury risk.
A targeted assessment and program to correct movement faults, imbalances and weakness before they cause injury.
Hands-on joint and soft-tissue techniques to ease pain, restore movement and support your recovery.
Specialized physiotherapy for jaw pain, clicking and dysfunction — restoring comfortable movement and function.
Build strength with light loads using a specialized cuff — ideal when heavy resistance isn't yet appropriate.
Targeted soft-tissue treatment using specialized instruments to ease restrictions, reduce pain and restore mobility.
Thin sterile needles targeting trigger points to relieve muscular pain and restore movement — evidence-based, not acupuncture.
Fine-needle therapy to help manage pain and support recovery, delivered by a trained clinician.
Non-invasive acoustic pressure waves for stubborn tendon and soft-tissue pain, alongside your rehab plan.
Low-level laser (photobiomodulation) to help reduce pain and inflammation and support tissue healing.
About Stride
We started Stride to close the gap between being injured and being back at your best. Too many people are told to “just rest” and left to figure it out alone.
Our approach is hands-on and personal: understand exactly what's wrong, explain it clearly, and guide you through a plan that rebuilds strength and confidence — all the way back to the sport and life you love.

Back to full stride.
Move well. Recover stronger. Return to what you love.
